Across the BSA, 114 districts achieved year-end growth by the end of September. To get a copy of the full listing of districts <em>(September month-end rankings<\/em>), please contact Wendy Shaw at <a href=\"mailto:Wendy.Shaw@scouting.org\">Wendy.Shaw@scouting.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We have made one significant change since the last communication about the conference and that is regarding the location.
