I just wanted to let everyone know that we have many changes to roundtable this year. The first one is that we will have refreshment time at 6:30, prior to roundtable, rather than afterwards. This will give folks time to network with others, get things set up, meet new participants, etc and keep roundtable from going so late if you need to talk to folks. If folks want to stay after roundtable for a short period of time, we will still be able to do that as necessary.
So… PLEASE get there at 6:30 on Thursday night, meet and greet, mix and mingle. Roundtable will begin promptly at 7 p.m. with a flag ceremony, and the Scout oath and Law.
