The District Volunteer Banquet is coming up soon – March 5. I’ve attached the registration form. I need to have that back by February 29 so I can give the final headcount to the Italian chef who is preparing our awesome meal: Salad, Garlic bread, your choice of Chicken Parmigiana or Cheese ravioli with alfredo sauce, drink and dessert. The cost is $15. Money is due no later than the March 3 roundtable. Please email me the form back or you can mail it to me along with the payment. Checks are to be made out to MTC/BSA. Put TOT District Banquet on the subject line. Please list everyone who will be in attendance on the form if you are paying for multiple folks as check-in will be done individually.
Check in is by 6:30; the meal begins at 7 p.m. We hope everyone will come to the banquet for food, friendships, and camaraderie.
Additionally, District Recognitions will be given out. The Long Rifle Awards are due now. They need to be sent to Mike Warren (mike11345).
