Pack/Troop selling most tickets attends post‐game locker room meeting! (I have been told they are going to do this as a percentage per capita i.e. if your unit has 15 scouts, and you sell 15 tickets, you have 100% participation – that way even if you have a smaller unit, you could still "win the prizes")
So far, no tickets have been sold. This is a great opportunity for a unit outing.
